1. About Plan Our Reunion

Plan Our Reunion is an event collaboration and management platform operated by WeeBie Media, LLC, based in Tampa, Florida. Plan Our Reunion is the new name of Reunion Fund, and we continue to use the Reunion Fund name for payments and funding, including event contributions, subscription billing, and the description that appears on your card statement. "Plan Our Reunion", "Reunion Fund", "we", "us" and "our" all refer to WeeBie Media, LLC.

We provide software tools that help organizers plan events with committees, milestones, RSVPs, shared timelines, and guest communication.

Plan Our Reunion is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. We are not a bank, broker, exchange, money transmitter, or financial institution. Payment processing for subscriptions is handled by Stripe, Inc. Event contributions (when enabled) are processed directly between organizers and contributors via Stripe. Reunion Fund does not hold, custody, or intermediate those funds.

2. Accounts

To use most features you must create an account using accurate, current, and complete information. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction). You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Promptly notifying us at support@reunionfund.com of any unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, legal obligations, or security concerns.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Plan Our Reunion offers a Free tier, a paid Pro tier, and an Enterprise tier for organizations. Pro subscriptions are billed by Reunion Fund through Stripe, Inc., and may appear on your card statement under the Reunion Fund name rather than Plan Our Reunion. Enterprise is not sold through self-service checkout: it is arranged directly with us and may be invoiced under a separate written agreement, whose terms govern where they conflict with this section. By subscribing to Pro you agree to:

• Recurring billing: Your chosen billing interval (monthly or annual) repeats automatically until cancelled.
• Free trial: If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via the billing portal accessible from your Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain Pro access until then.
• Refunds: Subscription payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as described in our Refund Policy. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
• Price changes: We may change the price of a plan with at least 30 days' notice, and continued subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance. This never applies to a rate we have expressly locked: a Charter subscription keeps its Charter rate for as long as it stays subscribed, whatever the list price becomes.
• Plan contents: We may change what a plan includes for NEW subscriptions at any time. Changes that reduce what a plan includes do not apply to an existing subscription while it remains active: the limits and features in effect when you subscribed continue to apply for as long as you stay subscribed. Resubscribing after a cancellation starts a new subscription, charged at the price then on offer.

Stripe's terms govern the payment relationship. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

4. Advertising

Plan Our Reunion is supported in part by advertising. We display third-party ads served by Google AdSense, and we also sell placements directly to businesses.

• Which plans see ads: The Free and Pro tiers are ad-supported. The Enterprise tier is ad-free. Subscriptions that were sold as ad-free continue to be ad-free for as long as they remain active, consistent with the plan-contents commitment in section 3.
• How ads are selected: Google may use cookies and similar identifiers to select and measure ads, including based on your activity on other sites. Section 6 of our Privacy Policy describes this and links to Google's own controls, where you can turn off personalized advertising.
• What we do not share: We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send guest lists, RSVP data, committee discussions, contribution amounts, or Memory Wall content to advertisers.
• Ad content: Advertisements are supplied by third parties. We do not endorse advertised products or services, and transactions with an advertiser are between you and that advertiser.
• Where ads do not appear: We exclude certain pages from advertising, including this page, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, the pricing page, and authentication screens.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Plan Our Reunion for any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Violating any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Uploading or sharing malicious code, spam, or unauthorized promotional content
• Attempting to circumvent security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions
• Harvesting or scraping platform data without our written permission
• Harassing, threatening, or exploiting other users
• Using the platform to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (event descriptions, photos, memories, announcements, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Plan Our Reunion a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and store that content solely to operate and improve the platform.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights, violate privacy laws, or contain prohibited material. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, trademarks, trade dress, and original content (excluding user-generated content) are the property of WeeBie Media, LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as strictly necessary to access and use the platform under these Terms.

8. Event Contributions

Organisers may optionally enable contributions on an event. Contributions are charged directly to the event organiser's connected Stripe account. The organiser, not Reunion Fund, is the merchant of record and bears responsibility for chargebacks, refunds, and tax obligations related to contributions.

Contributions settle into the organiser's own Stripe account. Reunion Fund does not hold contributed funds as a balance for later disbursement, and does not offer stored-value or deposit accounts. We are not a bank, an escrow service, a money transmitter, or a fundraising platform. Our platform fee is collected through Stripe as an application fee.

Reunion Fund collects a platform fee of 1% of each contribution. Stripe's standard payment processing fees apply separately and are charged by Stripe. All applicable fees are disclosed before a contributor confirms a payment.

Where an event uses a committee, releasing collected funds requires approval from at least two committee members, and at least one of those approvals must come from a member who is neither the person requesting the release nor the organiser who receives it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Plan Our Reunion and WeeBie Media, LLC are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Disruptions caused by third-party services (Stripe, Appwrite, Vercel, etc.)
• Actions or omissions of event organizers or guests

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) $50 USD.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Effective" date and version above and, where appropriate, by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of Plan Our Reunion after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Changelog

• v2.3.0 (2026-09-22): Section 3: the price-change clause now carves out locked rates. A Charter subscription keeps its rate for as long as it stays subscribed, which the pricing page has promised since the Charter tier launched and which our billing system enforces; the Terms had reserved a general right to change prices with notice and did not say so. This binds us further and takes nothing from you. Section 8 also states the committee approval rule the way the platform enforces it: at least one approval must come from someone other than the requester and the receiving organiser, where it previously read as if neither could approve at all. Section 11 now refers to the "Effective" date and version shown at the top of this page, which is what the page displays; it previously referred to a "Last updated" date. The v2.2.2 entry below is corrected: section 9 denominates the liability cap in fees paid to us and does not name Reunion Fund.
• v2.2.2 (2026-09-21): Product renamed to Plan Our Reunion. The Reunion Fund name is retained for payments and funding, including event contributions, subscription billing, and the description that appears on your card statement, so the money clauses in sections 1, 3 and 8 name Reunion Fund, and the section 9 liability cap is denominated in fees paid to us. Section 1 now states that Plan Our Reunion and Reunion Fund are names for the same company, WeeBie Media, LLC. No change to your rights or our obligations.
• v2.2.1 (2026-08-21): Section 3 now names the Enterprise tier and states that Enterprise is arranged directly rather than sold through checkout. Added a plan-contents commitment: a reduction in what a plan includes never applies to a subscription while it stays active; resubscribing after a cancellation starts a new subscription charged at the price then on offer. New section 4, Advertising: the service is ad-supported and these Terms previously said nothing about it. Sections 4-11 renumbered to 5-12, so the Event Contributions section the v2.2.0 and v2.1.0 entries below call section 7 is section 8 from this version on.
• v2.2.0 (2026-08-21): Section 7: the platform fee on each contribution was reduced from 3% to 1%. No other terms changed.
• v2.1.0 (2026-08-03): Section 7 rewritten: event contributions are a live feature and are no longer described as forthcoming. Added the 3% platform fee, an explicit statement that Reunion Fund does not hold contributed funds as a balance for later disbursement, and the two-approval rule for releasing committee funds.
• v2.0.0 (2026-06-13): Full rewrite to reflect pivot from crypto crowdfunding to event collaboration SaaS. Replaced crypto/custody/FinCEN language with Stripe subscription billing, event collaboration features, and future organiser-as-merchant contribution model.
