The help desk: Chapter 07
Account, plans & security
Plans and billing, passwords, two-factor authentication, notifications, and deleting your account.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free covers full planning for 2 active events, up to 30 guests per event, and 1 co-organizer. Pro raises those to 10 active events, up to 500 guests per event, and 3 co-organizers, plus the extra RSVP reminders (7 days before the event and on the day itself, on top of the day-before reminder every plan gets), limited event analytics (a per-event RSVP dashboard), and custom branding without the "Powered by Reunion Fund" badge. Enterprise removes the limits entirely and adds organization-wide analytics with full CSV export of your guest and RSVP data, post-event retrospectives (a team survey, a scorecard against what the platform measured, and printable recommendations), priority support, an ad-free experience, dedicated onboarding, and custom invoicing.
Those Pro terms describe the plan as it is sold today. Subscribers who joined Pro before the August 2026 pricing update keep the terms they signed up for, which include priority support and an ad-free experience, for as long as their subscription runs.
New Pro subscribers currently lock in the Charter Organizer rate of $12/month for as long as they stay subscribed, while it lasts. Once the first 100 Charter seats are claimed, new subscribers pay the $19/month list price instead.
Every plan includes RSVPs, committees, tasks, budgets, documents, chat, the Memory Wall, the share kit, and Traditions. See the pricing page for current prices and availability.
AI features are included on every plan and metered by a shared monthly credit pool: 25 AI credits a month on Free, and 300 AI credits a month on Pro and Enterprise. Credits reset on the 1st and do not roll over.

How do I turn on two-factor authentication (2FA)?
In Settings → Security, start the 2FA setup: scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, and similar), then enter the 6-digit code to confirm. From then on, logging in takes your password plus a code from your app.
We recommend 2FA for anyone organizing an event with a Reunion Fund.

I lost my phone and can't pass 2FA. What do I do?
Contact us through the contact page from the email address on your account, and our team will verify it's you and reset 2FA so you can get back in. For security, we can't disable 2FA from a request made through any other channel.

How do I manage my notifications?
The bell in the header shows everything as it happens: task assignments, invites, document uploads, approvals. The notifications page lets you filter and clear in bulk, and Settings → Notifications controls what reaches your email.

How do I delete my account?
In Settings, open Delete Account. You'll be asked to type a confirmation phrase, because deletion is permanent: your profile, events, and data are removed, and any active Pro subscription is canceled as part of the process. One exception: an event that has received money is kept for its accounting records, with your name removed from it.
If something's driving you away that we could fix, we'd genuinely like to hear about it first.
